Armando Teroldego has achieved its qualitative excellence, proven in numerous evaluations. To crown this significant achievement, a new packaging was created that emphasizes the winemaker's signature and its 18 months in French oak barrels.
Elaboration method:
Varietal made from the strain of Italian origin Teroldego, more precisely from the Trentino region and which has been showing excellent adaptation in some wine regions of Rio Grande do Sul, such as the sunny region of Campanha and Serra do Sudeste Gaúchas. From this variety, surprising wines of great body and structure have been produced, with a high potential for maturation and aging, due to its high polyphenolic load. The grape vinification process begins with the careful selection of the bunches, through a grain selection table and which are later sent to stainless steel tanks, where the maceration and alcoholic fermentation will take place simultaneously, with controlled temperature, thus optimizing the extraction of compounds. phenolics, responsible mainly for the color and structure of red wines. After this period, the wine is then transferred to another tank where malolactic fermentation takes place. Subsequently, the wine is transferred to French oak barrels, in temperature-controlled cellars, where the maturation process will take place, for a period of 18 months. It is at this point that the characteristic aromas will be complexed, as well as the stabilization of important compounds that make up the structure and body of a superior quality red wine.
