Crafting method :
The grape vinification process begins with the careful selection of the bunches, through a grain selection table and which are later sent to a press where the maceration and extraction of the flower must will take place simultaneously. The must is sent to stainless steel tanks and alcoholic fermentation begins with controlled temperatures of around 15ºC and selected yeasts, and the completion of alcoholic fermentation occurs in French oak barrels, where the wine begins the maturation process and acquires aromatic complexity. The wine remains in barrels for 6 months. Afterwards, the wine is stabilized, filtered and bottled. and will age for approximately 2 months, until it acquires the complexity and excellence expected for wines from the Armando Memória line.

Nose : Intense aroma of ripe tropical fruits such as pineapple and pear, involved with notes of vanilla and white chocolate.
Palate :
In the mouth it presents good volume and freshness, revealing notes of French oak barrels. In the aftertaste, it refers to its entire olfactory complex of ripe fruits. Balanced acidity and good structure.
